Simply twist where the metal ring and glass meet to remove the top, fill the reservoir, and twist the top back on. Turn the adjustable knob for a fine or coarse grind. Grinders are filled and sealed in a monitored facility in Massachusetts, U.S.A. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly; do not immerse in water.
